We find ourselves in a society that is ever changing, evolving and chaotic, often leading to our 'being' feeling sad, confused, victimised and overloaded.

The onset of social media has lead to greater public focus and a pressure on the ego to succeed, be better, achieve and even process information that would in simpler times have been less 'heavy' on the soul.

The evolution of AI and other 'robotic' based systems are creating a society that is fast leaving behind the simpler 'old ways' in favour of new fast paced apparently 'easier' 'time saving' smart systems.

While these things have their place in the modern ever changing world, taking a step back  to some of the old ways, such as 'Spell Casting',  Intention Setting and Integration of Wiccan (Connection with Divine Energy to focus intentions) and Moon Magic (Working with the Lunar Cycles and Nature -  using herbs and crystals for Balance),

helps us to have the abilities, knowledge and calm to promote re grounding and create positive change in the world around us.

Thus empowering each individual to take back their own power within.
